Whew, just got back from Cinderslam (after a visit in Jackson with family), and to all the Memphis people who suddenly “couldn’t” make it – fuck you in the ass with a razor dildo. That is all.
Seriously, that was a hell of a tournament. Watching Jakob002 and w00tsick beat the everloving shit out of each other in a Bison mirror during finals was incredible. I thought my heart was going to stop. Absolutely amazing, and a great turnout (at least 31 people there for SF4).
(Best part? Tie between all the quality jailbait [yes I’m kidding] and the fact that I went 2-2 in Super. Props to w00t and Bryce for cheering me on during my matches, even if Bryce turned Judas and put me out of the tournament. That was the most fun I’ve ever had in a tournament match, brother.)

It’s weird, I feel like i have overflow of information sometimes. Like I’ll make headway in one area, and then backslide in other areas. Anyone else have that problem or am I just dumb?
I always feel this way. Its like I cant level up evenly. Oh my OS teching is working out my plinking gets worse, oh my execution got better I loose my discipline and rush or jump like an idiot, discipline on point but I cant read my opponent. Etc. Though I will say that feeling is a million times worse when I play Tekken.
Getting good sleep goes a long way towards me feeling competent. And playing daily for at least 20 minutes which I haven’t done in the past 4-5 days due to an out of town visitor.
Most amazing final I’ve ever been in, I think that was the most fun I’ve ever had playing the game, ever. I can definantly see why he beat andre, guy has that mirror on LOCK. I had too much confidence after I sent him to losers, I never thought he could bring back 6 wins, but holy hell he stepped it up xD. Amazing Bison player, really learned alot from him.
Bryce and Duckie also did very well in this tournament, Bryce coming back from a first round loss, climbing his way back up to 6th.

GGs KrayzeeJL and Hiryu. KrayzeeJL’s been putting work in on Juri, you make her look dangerous man lol. It’s crazy that you used that lk pinwheel super cancel on me, I just learned about that like an hour before we played. Hiryu’s Abel keeps me on point as usual, tried to dust off Cammy instead of Juri spam. IMO Cammy fares better against Abel and arguably some other wrestlers compared to Juri.
My execution is still ass. Welp,

Jake, I apologize if I came across as a poor sport during some of those games, I was just frustrated trying to figure out the Dud match. I’m starting to chip away at it, but i can tell it’s still going to be tough even once I learn it more completely. Doesn’t help that your reaction and defense is stupid, lol. Very good games sir.
