GGs to Jacob, Hyabusa, and Jason today. I gotta say. Every time I go to the arcade or having a get together or participate in a tournament I’m so freaken impressed by this scene and everyone in it. We have remarkable people of all kinds.
Jason, Chris, Pat, Max, Phil, Jeremy, Josh, Cale, Graham, Andrew, Richard, Glasscock, Eugene, Jacob, and everyone else that I can’t think of off the top of my head. You guys are awesome.
Also, Squabbler, Lycan, Eraser, Josh, Cylus, Duckie, and anyone eles. You guys are fucking awesome too.

Now, think about this. MANY of us are going to Final Round. Many of us want to do the best we can. So, it behooves us to work together to train and advance our skills as far as we can.
I don’t expect to win Final Round. I only want to go because the scene is fucking amazing and I want to get better.
I’m all for shit talk… I’m all for calling people out. I’m all for any excuse to play the game (no matter which game it is). But, nobody benefits from anyone being a bitch.
If we have problems we should fucking take it out in a way that benefits everyone. In the game. So, let’s not be bitches and instead focus on training hard so we can shut people the fuck up with our overwhelming skills.

I like this. And by our scene I mean TN, which brings me to my next point…
Pretty much seconding what Shawn said but I wanted to note something: Gabe, when you talk about coming to Nashville to enter a tourney or to play AE, what is it you think you are doing? That’s how you support a scene man, you come to their events. You meet up with the players here, talk, exchange strats, etc. That’s what Nashville will be doing when we come up in February. That’s what we did when we came to InEvitable back in '09 when that shit had like, a 17 man bracket for SF (and was when my life was forever changed as it was the first time I ever met the Living Legend known as The Flying Michaelangelo). That’s what we did when Nash came to the last tourney held in Memphis, where we met you and you seemed a DECENT HUMAN being. As Jason said, maybe something’s going on and he was the proverbial straw, but man the silliness has to stop if you ever want any semblance of respect in this scene.

I would also like to cosign on having nothing but love and respect for the Memphis crew. I can’t wait to get back up there and kick it with you guys. Shit will be hype and mad fun. Gabe if you come through we’ll show you nothing but respect. It’s just your attitude and antics on the forum are VERY abrasive, and that’s putting it lightly.
There, done. I hate to chime in on forum drama but hopefully being a little more tactful will keep things civil than if I were to just like, make some joke involving the word “slaw” (which is really what I came in here intending to do to be perfectly honest) aimed at Gabe.
