You misunderstood me, I mean’t when I was playing as shotos. It’s like when I was first playing vanilla and I was a typical flowchart Ken…I was spamming f.MK all day and when I tried playing other characters I was like “WTF do I do without stepkick?”. And that’s how I feel now without scissor kick lol. I think playing a char with a bit more risk will help me make smarter decisions.
And losing usually doesn’t bother me too much as long as I’m losing to someone that is genuinely better than me. When I went 0-16 or whatever against Dream the other day I wasn’t really that frustrated, I only get mad if I lose to someone that I KNOW I should’ve beat easily (mad at myself, not the other person).

No, I want to play a character that has harder footsies so I can be better at footsies…which will help me in any fg. I’m good at Bison’s BS but not so good fundamentally cause of how Bison plays. He’s really hard to whiff punish, you can throw st.rh out a lot cause why not, blabla you know the rest.
Well, if you really want to get better with Bison then just practice on the things that you’ve already said you need to work on. Try just simply blocking more on wakeup(even if you have the meter to spare), intentionally play more footsies. You WILL benefit.

I wish more people around here played ST. I did manage to have one break before getting swamped by customers, and that’s when I had to work on an ST cab. Who did I get to play while I was testing it? Laugh… and he straight beat the hell out of me. But goddamn if I didn’t have some fun.

I’ll tell you what I’m excited for: Sonic Generations!!! I can’t fuckin wait! I haven’t read up on it much because I don’t wanna spoil it for myself but there’s two things I want for this game: I want it to be long as fuck, and I wanna break the game by unlocking super sonic and actually being able to play as him in ALL the stages including “Modern Sonic”. That would be awesome.
