Your best…and ONLY option is to link up with Jio and Trung for games. If you have those guys, you don’t even need an arcade. You’ll actually “learn” by playing those two. And Trung is every character in the game by himself anyway.

Arkham City is officially the new crack. I hopped on tonight and was like, yeah man gonna explore a bit, maybe do a side misson or see what that one thing was that popped up on my radar when I stopped last night, then hop on Gears. Gears didn’t get touched and two hours later I emerged from the lair only to shower. And trust, if I didn’t have to work tomorrow, a nigga would have passed on it.
I’m only still at the very beginning of the game, but the way the side missions are incorporated into the gameplay is pretty slick imo. A lot of them you’ll just happen upon as you traverse throughout the overworld, which is cool. You’ll come across tons of Riddler challenges too. I’m the type of gamer that doesn’t mind a lot of exploration in my single player experiences. I mean, Super Metroid is lauded as one of the greatest games of all time, to which I can personally attest, and I’d say the MAJORITY of what you do is explore. Especially once you get a new upgrade or skill and go back to old areas. I see nothing wrong with that in a game like Batman, especially since there’s so much to uncover in a rich universe like The Dark Knight’s. Also if you are a nerd about game stories like I am, it adds more to the experience in that regard (I read everything - items I pick up, character bios, etc). This game has a lot to offer and I haven’t even broken 10% in the MAIN story completion.
Also, is Sonic Generations on any of you all’s radars? There’s a new demo out that basically sold me on the game as it’s fucking SICK. All I’ll say is this - while he’s fun, and the nostalgia is there, I REALLY struggle to see how they are going to make me want to play Classic Sonic…

Nashville is 2 1/2 hours away. It’s not unrealistic for me to make it out time to time for more competition. I keep hearing about Game Galaxy Arcade. How is the scene there? Is the Tekken cabinet lively?
