Thanks for the games today at GG. I don’t know what you thought when I left suddenly, lol. I had a client call and I had to bail. I was having fun exploring the old street fighter games that are scattered around the arcade.

However, I have to say that after the past few ass rapings I have received from you, Jacob, I am starting to enjoy it… FINALLY! At first, I hated it, but I am beginning to accept my helpless state. Seriously, though. I need, desperately, to get in some Gouken practice against you, Jacob. You are far-and-away the best Gouken I have ever played and if what you are saying in your other post (about Guile being one of Gouken’s worst matchups) is true, then I have a long way to go. I have always thought the matchup is in Gouken’s favor.

Game Galaxy is open normal hours today, I only closed yesterday at 6pm because I had no one to work until 9. That is not the case this time.

Usually, we’ve been averaging about 7-10 players every week. I think we had as many as 15 at one point. This past one was a bit smaller, only about 6 people plus me were there. But I had heard from a few regulars that they had prior obligations and thus could not attend. You should definitely try and come out, it’s not all about getting whupped, many players there like Lycan, Sev and myself are always glad to give pointers and explain matchups to people. And trust me, you can pick up some bad habits online that won’t work in a face to face fight, heh. Sev and Lycan definitely showed me whats up.
