If you define “BB player” as “good BB player” then I might disappoint you, but yeah, I like BB. I occasionally gave Pat a run for his money when I managed to stay the hell away from one of those goofy Tager Hulkamania loops and pull enough goofy tricks. Good times. It’s CS so I might actually stand a chance! Phil has a mean Taokaka, plus Pat’s old roommate plays a good Carl, the kind that you should be afraid of if you waste your burst because he knows how to clap loop you into infinity combo hell.

Nah the Carl I’m thinking of is a different Carl. He doesn’t really compete much. Which sucks because he is alarmingly good. I guess anyone would be after rooming with Boom Cube lol.

I hope everyone is warm and cozy and not buried under snow. LOL!! Glad I made it home before this stuff hit. I would have never gotten home (and I don’t think I could have taken another day at my father in laws. I love him dearly but his smoking kills my head).

I made the drive to knox yesterday when I heard about the snow and ice but now everything is closed so I can’t move into my apartment and am stuck @ my girls place. All my stuff is still in my car and I’m watching it like a crazy grandma yelling @ anyone who gets near the car.
I will never understand how a measly 5 inches of snow can shut everything thing down here. Its ridiculous.

Marvel vs capcom 3 tourney at wal-mart
Guys, there is going to be a MVC3 Tournament at the wal-mart on Austin peay around about 11am that morning on the 15th. Prize is Marvel vS Capcom collector edition.
My dad taught me how to drive on ice by doing donuts on a frozen-over parking lot, so I’m well-adjusted to driving during these conditions. Unfortunately we never get this much snow down here so most southerners don’t know how to handle it. It’s just something they’re not used to or prepared for.
It’s pretty much the same thing as NYC shutting down because of a massive 75-degree heatwave. We just look at that and go “Tch… pussies.”

I love Sim…believe it or not I actually enjoy watching good Sims (read: Shawn) play. He’s a “lame” zoning character but I think he’s cool. I mean he’s the only character that WILL make you lose your life lead while still standing on the other side of the screen.
But sadly I don’t play him.
My favorite thing about playing as Sim… The shittalk that people use against me while I’m playing. see: Saturday.

It’s because your state isn’t prepared for anything such as that since it doesn’t have the equipment. Needless to say though 5 inches shouldn’t stop you from leaving your house, it’s perfectly driveable. When I came back to NJ over break we had a 30’’ blizzard with two day state of emergency, and we have the equipment for this shit lol.
That never happened.
In other news I should be back in town on Tuesday hopefully the snow is cleared up but is anybody down for another get together? I was thinking of doing something on either We thru Sun. Let me know which day would be the best for most then I’ll just text around.
I agree TN is just not ever prepared for any type of winter weather, but besides people not knowing how to drive in it, the biggest problem is all of the hills and curves. I live up a pretty steep hill and even in 4wd I would never get down it without sliding into a ditch. Heck I wouldn’t be able to get up my driveway right now (which is a hill) because it is solid ice. Good thing I didn’t have anywhere to go today. 
Will the esteemed gentleman who is now in possession of my Fightstick please post so I know who I need to get in contact with?
