I don’t go to them either, just knew from the few times looking that it was just not worth reading a vast majority of the stuff. I have no idea what is going on either. 
The viper subforum isn’t horrible in regards to getting good info but the times I’ve been to other ones… yikes. I saw someone in the akuma forums create a thread to ask if he should be actively trying to take damage just to build up meter for raging demon… Granted, that was back in vanilla days where demon did up to 70%, but still.
The Ryu forum is a pool of constant bitching and complaining. Basically all of the regret and wrong of SRK in concentrate form.
Also, GGs to everyone at Game Galaxy. Props to GA for driving 5 hours to play at the arcade, and GGs to you guys as well.

The best character forum I’ve seen is Guile’s. Sticky-wise that is. The match up thread is the most organized I’ve seen of any on SRK.
Of course there are a lot of random threads of idiocy created like: Guile needs more than 2 moves, Flash Kick sucks, and then my personal fave: Salty players of other characters whining about Guile zoning them out; aka the “Why is Guile a bitch” thread.

Man GGs to everyone yesterday and thanks to all for the 'gratz on the win. I had a ton of fun yesterday and felt like I played pretty solid. I just hope I can play at that level come Final Round.
GA crew: GGs dawgs. I felt like our team tourney exhibition was a microcosm of what’s to come in Final Round with all the yelling and hype. Had a lot of fun in that. We’ll have to bring a laptop or something, and get Mame going for Punisher at Final Round.

Hey everybody, I dunno how far off we are from actually launching the site, but I’m starting up a brand new online video gaming community with about five other friends of mine. The idea right now is that we’re gonna focus on writing editorial content: stuff about games, not necessarily about game news. It’s not gonna be another Dtoid or Kotaku, instead of just regurgitating news we’re hoping to be a compliment to what’s already out there. Hopefully it will be a place for smart people. Basically, we wouldn’t be writing stuff for all the people that post in character forums…we would want to attract everyone that actually knows things about games – like all the fine gentlemen (and women) in this thread.
So, yeah. The site’s not even ready to be visited yet, but when it is I’ll probably change the link in my sig. If you guys wanna check it out feel free.
