I have been mulling the switch from pad to stick. I would like an inexpensive stick to use. What do you guys think of this stick?

It might be ok for some people, but I would definitely play on one before I spent cash on it then got disappointed. It feels very cheap and, in that stick’s case, you easily get what you pay for. It might work for you for a little bit–don’t get me wrong. But I’m willing to bet you’re gonna hate it soon after buying it. I’m sure there are some people in Memphis who have 'em (I have seen them at tournaments). Try before buy in this case.
I’m going to be completely honest, pJan. I think your gamepad is better than those Hori EX2 sticks. Go for mad catz se at the worst, imo.

EX2 SUCKS!!! I saw you can get the X360 version on amazon for $9.99 right now… I dont think I’d even pay that much for it… (but I do remember back in the day when sticks weren’t as prevalent, I was pretty pumped about getting my first DOA Hori EX2 for 360)…

Sev: I really wish I could make it to your gatherings. Every time you have one it seems like I am out of town or something. When school starts back up, I’ll be free the majority of the weekends. I’ll definitely be able to make the trip more often. We should also hit up the north-memphis-non-travelers every now and then. We are in need of Zangief and C Viper practice that we can’t get at Hastings.
Those are just a regular Sanwa JLF and Sanwa push buttons ( OBSF-30 ) If I’m not mistaken. They are pretty worn in, though and many people really like it that way.
Yeah, feels like a little kid took a JLF and gripped as hard as they could, then jerked it around for about 10 hours (no homo) and broke it. In the end, feels exactly like a stock TE.
