Well Im no BBCS expert, but I am maining Ragna and from what I can tell he does really good damage and has many ways to dish out that damage. But he can’t take a hit to good so you can’t get to defensive with him though you shouldn’t have to worry about that since the game is offensive oriented.
Also, who do you main in 3s? I’m going to start playing it again to get ready for the online edition and I was looking at some Yun play this weekend of some Japanese tournament and he looked sick!! I owned that game on both Dreamcast and PS2 and never realized how good he can be. I always heard he was pretty decent but I just could never adjust to the playstyle.
Rag’s damage output went up and he can still combo from anything into anything like his old dumb self in CT. Takes hits like a bitch still, but I think his drive attacks steal more health – you can recover about 10% HP off of a decent combo. BBCS didn’t really see a lot of sweeping improvements, it was more or less a “let’s not touch Bang and Litchi and just make everyone else worse” nerfing catastrophe.
Yeah Scott Pilgrim game and movie soundtrack are legit…will be purchasing them both.

I don’t think the “tied” for first makes a difference, they are all in the same tier and that’s all that matters…and that is correct. I think they have the entire top 12 correct almost sans needing to move a couple more up from the second tier…

Character with the least amount of bad matchups in the game is Adon (only two so it says)
I know Cammy is good, but they are definitely pushing her up quite a bit on a lot of things…and honestly, she is MUCH better against Honda then that says. If they finally see that Cammy can stop a lot of Honda’s stuff, she would probably be tops on that list…
Cammy’s only hard matchup is Balrog in that game, and even then it’s not THAT bad, but Balrog does win. Everyone else (including Zangief) she should be able to give problems to or win (though I say Fei Long gives her some problems)
But I still have to say this about tiers…
The players that play those “characters” in the supposed top line are still not doing any more damage to anyone as they were when the game was original SF4…
Since the game has been out, overall number 1s keep changing…all that matters are the tiers and right now the top line is almost correct…the biggest issue I have is Gouken in bottom tier. Are you shitting me? LOL…
Oh, and Sagat not in top tier…people are sleeping on him like crazy. Once people use the new uppercut power bar correctly, it’s over…
