Wow, that’s actually really cool! Man, I wish I chose a hobby when I was younger which was competitive… instead, I played pokeman cards. 
My mom was much like you though Crystal, supportive because she knew its what made me smile at the end of the day, and to this day I still appreciate that.

Ok, so I thought about BB, and I just said to myself… Fuck it. I can’t even play my other games right now due to tv/monitor issues. Screens I have at my disposal are all fuzzy and it’s frustrating when I can’t even tell which moves are coming out until they hit me.
I’ll accept when my wife stops whoring the xbox. I’ve only been playing for like 2 days now, and I didn’t even touch Calamity except for a 3 day rental from Hastings. I’m green as the grass.

That is very cool that your Mom was like that too. That is what Mom’s do (well what they should do anyway). Oh and for the record Josh played with Pokemon cards when he was younger too.

Oh and apparently Josh has been the talk of one of the OH threads by this one guy that he beat at that tournament and he is so upset over Josh beating him that he hates SF now and his buddy told him that it was okay that Josh would go 0-2 at Seasons Beating because he is free now. LOL!! SRK drama just makes me shake my head! :amazed:
Josh? free? ok, yeah. I don’t get it how people are still saying that TN in general are still free when some of the TN people have actually been to tournaments and have done decent if not really good. Just saying. The SF community is dumb.
Also, I know what monitor I want.
It’s cheaper than a HDTV and it has HDMI. Thanks again Eddie for showing me this too. The only problem is that my last roommate has given me 150 of the 250 he owes me, but since I drive a Jeep with 15 miles per gallon and driving back and forth from the Boro and Nash for 4 days actually used up 80 bucks of gas, with 20 going towards food, and 50 is now on layaway again. Goddammit, I just wish I could have saved it, but now I’m done ranting and I’ll shut up now.
Just like anything else in life SOME of the SF community is dumb but not all. :wgrin: What was really funny about this when I heard about it, is that it is a Cleveland player that said this! They have no one in OH except Perfect Legend and a couple of guys from Cincinnati. Oh well, it made me laugh. If I got upset every time someone got all pissed off about Josh beating them then I would stay upset. Josh handles that kind of stuff very well and I let him handle it. He proves himself in the game not by running his mouth and as long as no one ever actually tries to start anything with Josh I stay out of that stuff (of course Josh has so many people that would stick up for him I wouldn’t be needed).
In the wise words of Mr Wilson “I just hang out”. Or in my case “I just take my kid to tournaments” I do agree though that TN is very much underestimated.
Oh boy do I feel your pain about your jeep. I drive an explorer and just since yesterday I have used a half of a tank of gas and that was just around Knoxville. Geez!!
Josh just needs to put “U MAD?” in big bold letters across his stick, LOL. If it’s across state lines you know ALL of TN will jump at one of their own getting called free. Not that he needs any backup when it comes to actually throwing down and proving everybody wrong.

Probably do a longer post later but wanted to say GGs last night to everyone @ Hasting’s. I lost more but had more fun. There was a great turnout again and I see new faces every Wednesday now. There was hype on every TV at random moments. The best fight of the night I saw was probably Shin v. Lycan but almost no one was watching it. Jan wrecked a lot of people with Blanka last night so mad props. Blazblue might actually stick around this time (Tekken got put away for it, just saying). Also, from now on please stick me on 360 when possible, apparently I can’t use those small ass PS3 pads without negative edging every few seconds (it’s so pitiful… it’s time to begin my stick training). GGs to Justin, Gene, Ruckus (can’t we didn’t play but everyone hates your Vega LOL), Bishop, Sev (let’s play early next time), Matt, and whoever else I played. Duckie is funny as hell, Sunstone is gonna be BB boss soon. Plutonium was sad the whole night but killing with Rose.
Also, congrats on the article Josh. Got more to say later but work calls.
Oh and someone suggest a new main for Deviltrigger. He’s only Juri and T.Hawk so far but they have an ass load of match up problems but I’m not sure who to suggest.
Although I got crushed a few times (thanks, Chit, Sev and Jan), good games to everyone I played last night. Hopefully I’ll have a better showing in two weeks. Now if you excuse me I’m going to my corner to cry a bit…tear.
