The “next” fight night will be Tuesday July 10…Where we are having it we are not sure yet.
Rich’s house has been mentioned as a spot but more concrete information is coming after July 1.

GGs to everyone I played. Sad seeing that place so empty, but everything ends and new stuff begins.
Yeah, it was nice being there for the final fight night at the old place. Seeing it so empty was pretty depressing. But less so knowing it’s just being moved nearby, and not only to huntsville.
I mean that arcade in that mall is what started it all for me. That was the place that I was like “hell yes. I want to play fighting games for legits. And I want to get good on an arcade stick!” Where I met the crew and made a lot of friends. I don’t get very nostalgic or reminiscent very often, but I gotta say, I’ll miss that place. Good times.
I meant to ask you before I left Jason, but how long were you at the mall there?

GGs to Knox Crew for coming out and playing games. From what I saw and who I heard showed up after I left we had around 15-20 players last night. Hopefully we can start some ranbat and when Persona 4 busts out we can really hit it hard!

GGs to Abe and Herb last night in VF. Great matches and was hella fun. Left there, went home, and played this sick Brad from Jersey all night. Another night up until 3am. I really gotta chill out. But it’s SOO good…

Lol dude…you just don’t know. Part of the reason I stayed home from work yesterday was because I played until 5am, but I had planned to get me a rest day in anyway. But I’ve been doing this shit everynight, then be tired as fuck the next day. Literally, as soon as my gf gets done watching her shows and starts getting ready for bed, I’m on it. But playing decent guys and a few top players, the sets go on way longer than they’re supposed to lol. But since college, I’m used to going off an hour of sleep or 2 or 3 days straight with just a light nap. Pretty stupid to go through it again over a video game, but…yea.
And you know you still love Taka Flocka Flame. Everybody does. Good matches again. Vanessa is an excellent fit for you. I wanna yell, “Duh!” but I won’t. More games soon. Not coming to Fight Night but I don’t know if Herb will or not.

Ok guys heres the update as of now in regards of mbb2:
The date we are looking into is nov the 3rd and 4th. Thats right! This will be a 2 day event!
How its planning on going down:
Sat the 3rd: soul v, ttt2 and kof will run same day, marvel and ae will run up to either top 8 or top 16 depending on amount of entrants.
sunday the 4th: top 16 or 8 for marvel and ae, mystery game, raffle and exhibition matches including 5v5’s.
Trophies will return, cash prizes for mystery game and a prize pot will be added thanks to lycan so be sure to thank him personally for that,amount is still tbd.
Raffle prizes will include shirts from the new upcoming DGA line with designs from yours truly and dax( shirts will also be available for purchase) posters,dvds,games and for the grand prize a brand new dual mod quanba stick with a limited edition memphis bawse battles artwork( designs by dax so be sure to thank him) and autographed by me.
Looking into sponsors and right now animax may be on board so tjey will probably set shop at the event. Also looking to get a big name at the event, looking at 2 choices right now ( yipes or marlinpie) and I will get with wolfkrone and others to see if they are interested in attending, prize pot should help a lot.
Venue is same as of now due to convinience of location but we are looking into other venues just in case.
I told you guys I had big plans for our community in memphis and tn in general especially if mbb was a sucess which it was in more ways than one so now it opens the door for big things for us. Thank you guys for supporting our scene here and thank you squabb,orel and dax for helping me get this put together and ensure it goes smooth.
Event page and fb page will go up soon as things are set more in stone. Just wanted to give you guys a heads up first so start promoting! With maxx’s permission I will be promoting mbb2 at ark in august so guys make plans to go there so we can support their scene and promote our own.
Yes!!! Nov. is going to be too great. MBB2 3 & 4, Birthday on the 5th & Halo 4 that midnight. Getting a new cam for this event. To hyped for the month. 8)
