The nice thing about the show is how fast the plot moves along. At first it seems silly at how convenient everything is (lol @ car dealer shaman), but then I appreciate it for not wasting time trying to track down whatever or convince someone to help them.

Iām only on episode 2, the show seems to fall between late teen and young adult area. Itās no way up there with the likes of Person of Interest and other shows, but itās not nearly as bad as I thought it would be.

Nothing has beaten John Cho in the morgue in terms of wtf-ness, but episode 3 is a good test to see if you can put up with the show. My motto with network and most basic cable shows - If youāre not offended by mediocre writing and you like the characters and premise, itās watchable. Just donāt admit in public you watch it lol.
Ah you should have continued watching, considering what we later find out, it would seem he had some prior knowledge of the nightās events, so it makes sense why he stopped.
Sleepy Hollow isnāt mediocre, it just hasnāt done much yet in terms of plot. Its got plenty of personality as far characterization goes, and it shouldnāt be judged as āmediocreā or let alone āshitā just by going off of 3 episodes out of its 13 total.
Iāve seen plenty of shows that go from great to shit and vice-versa. This show has shown plenty of potential, but shouldnāt be deemed anything until itās had enough episodes under its belt.

Did anyone here actually watch Last Resort? That show was pretty mediocre till the network said they wouldnāt be renewing it for a 2nd season, then it became insanely entertaining :lol: .

LR was a rush job at the end, they spent a good chunk of the season doing nothing, then as soon as the networked axed the show thatās when the writers went all out to salvage it, Iād say they did a pretty damn good job too (same applies to Awake, although that seemed pretty well thought out from beginning to end IMO). Only wish they did the same for Flash Forward, that show needed closure.
AHS: Coven starts tonight.
This dopeā¦ so Iām watching The Tomorrow Peopleā¦ the main guy āStevenā finds out he has powers and what does he do? Right away heās telling his female friend. The whole deal with super-human abilities is that youāre supposed to at least try and keep it a secretā¦thatās kind of how the situation needs to play out. Call too much attention to yourself, and bad things happen.

Hell yeah Iām on board for American Horror Story tonight. Sarah Paulson is backā¦itās a real shame that one apparently plays for the other team. My old honey Angela Bassett is also on there, then the new ātoo skinny but still reasonably hotā Emma Roberts is on there too. This, along with the theme/concept of witchcraftā¦thatās enough for me to be instantly sold on this season being something great.
My review of AHS:Coven ep 1 - not season 2ā¦yet. Season 2 was clearly the better season of AHS, and the opening episode of Coven left a LOT to be desired. First off, Iāve never been a fan of how Ryan Murphy handles social issues like rape or subjugation of people - he handles it like a three year old handles brain surgery. He just pounds you over the head with the message then throws in some overt exposition to explain it further to you. However, the saving grace of the series is that people like Paulson, Lange and Lily Rabe all really get what heās doing and deliver fully.

I missed all of Asylum but everyone I know who has seen it told me the first season is still the best. Idk their tastes though.
