The latest episode of The Originals – QUALITY violence, folks… Elijah once again shows off how he is indeed THE SHIT™ with a quick use of superhuman speed to “flash-step” over to break a sharp piece of wood off a random chair and javelin-throw that shit right in Lucien’s neck, man. The force of it knocks the dude right on his back and Jackson runs in for a follow-up combo, ending with the poisonous bite. (in TVD/Originals world-- wolf bite = potentially fatal to non-Mikaelson vampires) That’s one for the highlight-reel, folks.
*Oh and then there was a surprisingly good scene with Hayley finally getting a chance to confront Klaus…they only stopped fighting when they noticed their little rugrat Hope wandered into the area.
Surprisingly there was no flashback scene on this episode, unless I just forgot about it… I suppose there should be one on the next episode as we get into the story of the Mikaelsons’ first experience with turning people way back in the day. (Lucien is one of those “first born”)
I got so much to catch-up on, The Player and Blindspot ep.2+ must be watched. Black-ish and Off The Boat are too entertaining to miss out on, especially that ‘End of the Road’ Boyz II Men heartbreak homage lol!
I really liked the team-up, dude was talking sooo much shit with barrier with that up. Elijah did what any experienced vampire (especially an Original) would do and threw an improvised projectile right at him. The Jackson follow-up was just icing on one good-ass cake. Klaus is an ass, but it’s Klaus we’re talking about here…

THE PLAYER–I must get caught up on the 1 or 2 episodes I missed… it’s too damn good. Of course, since I like it and it happens to unfortunately be on NBC—I won’t be surprised when it gets canceled. “Pit Boss” Snipes is THE SHIT™, man…this is irrefutable fact at this point.

Meanwhile over on THE ORIGINALS— badass shit going on as usual… I can’t get enough… there was more flashback greatness tonight, finally showing exactly how the Mikaelsons got around to siring a person for the first time. (the first-born “Lucien”, who has recently popped up in New Orleans). Nik with the awesome moments as usual–"…this will not be pleasant…*" as he was seconds away from destroying that chump… it’s like this show was made specifically for my tastes in awesome supernatural stuff.
Thursday night television, man…it’s just too much.
The Player is up there on my favorite shows list. And yea, Pit Boss Snipes is bananas.
As for Heroes… it sucks so bad. I’m generally easy to please when it comes to television, but… that episode was utterly ridiculous. It’s like the NBC execs figured e-sports is making noise, so they gotta have a video game in the show.
Blacklist was dope as usual - though a bit preachy.
