Anyone watching Twelve Monkeys? Being on Syfy I was expecting it to be naf but the show is pretty solid.
Damn Hood⦠fatalityā¦
what are sweeps lol?
edit:
ā¦this must be one of the reasons the US has an obesity epidemic
basically spring break for tv. the big breaks are christmas and sweeps for tv. march and april are generally non stop new episodes til finale.
At least thereās some cable channels that this doesnāt apply to. A short number of episodes for every series and juggling one or two shows in the same timeslot for the year means they donāt tend to take as many breaks.
Also āOnce Upon A Timeā and āAgents of SHIELDā are coming back on ABC, so they arenāt completely sticking to the sweeps thing for all their shows either.
Oh and that reminds me, Agent Carter was pretty damn good. People here should give a chance, especially since itās first season just has 8 episodes. Thereās a cool revelation about Black Widow and what came before her⦠and itās scary crazy!
i notice they tend to not do it so much with scifi shows. early 2000s they started to do half seasonsā¦im not exactly sure what the real reason is. but it seems they come back at a time where they can run through sweeps. but they still do breaks, just not timed with sweeps.
Iāve been watching it, so far itās been far more entertaining than Agents of Shield.
Female german Russian assassin
Actually sheās Russian, but yeah she can definitely get the bratwurstā¦
Sup, guys.
Sorry about having not posted with highlight shows listings for the past couple of months, mainly due to being busy with work and other stuffs.
Will I resume highlight listing/posting stuffs?
Maybe⦠Weāll see, though.
@āShaft_Agentā still probably waiting on my last three āHell On Wheelsā 2014 episodes write-ups, lol.
Random:
Top Chef: Boston
I am satisfied with the result.
Itās like a better version of how TC: Chicago season wrapped up, IMO.
Oh wow⦠the last man on earth first episode (on FOX)⦠gonna give it a watch to see how if it stacks up to the alternative Y the last man comic.
Vertigo is bankrolling dawg.
that show has nothing to do with y the last man. wtf are you talkin about?
The 100: Shit was cold. It was logical and made sense in terms of character, but it was cold as fuck.
Spoiler
I feel like Lexa kinda came to that conclusion by what Clarke said about her hiding the guilt of losing her people. She was more than likely gonna make the same choice anyways, but I imagine that everything that happened between her and Clarke involving the missile strike weighed heavily on her conscience to cement that choice. She couldnāt afford to lose more lives taking the fortress and end-up having any of her people inside dying (as a good leader and someone who holds othersā lives in her hands).
Finally got around to watching the most recent The 100. And damn. @BigDewey is spot on. These hoes aināt loyal.
yeahā¦about banshee, remind me why job and sugar still in town again? thought job could vanish and never be found. I can see hood and carrie being there because of the daugher or whatever.
i think this time theyāve bit off more than they can chew⦠ironically the biggest threat is the systems expert.
whatā¦they thought the colonel and the hacker wouldnāt put 2 and 2 together and just let those millions go?
yeah ok lol
Banshee has so many plot lines now.
That ending though lol, WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU DO NOW?
After House of Cards I feel the need to binge on another show. I saw that Netflix has a new show, Unbreakable Kimmy, has anybody watched it? Any good?
