What’s the best way to screen capture movies? I need some pictures of Heihachi for a new av lol.
In some ways i thought it was BETTER. Had a lot more potential for sure, but not quite.
The SF movie just had a cleaner, nicer presentation and feel to it.
With a cleaned up script, some dynamics scrapped, others improved, etc. It could have easily destroyed it.
Edit: then again, no, i’ll go out on a limb and say it still bested Street Fighter The Movie. Just not by much though.
Yeah fights were disappointing. Could have been soooo much better too, but it seemed when the action finally got roaring, the fight either came to a sudden end, a distraction arose, or it just started C-r-a-w-l-i-n-g again.
I thought it had somewhat decent fights overall though.
Could always bring it up on the player, and use the ol’print screen key(Prt Sc). Then bring up the image in Paint, save, and then open up the image in your other file programs to modify.
Thanks, I read it on News: Tekken movie ‘is terrible’, says Tekken boss - ComputerAndVideoGames.com
Sorry for not giving a link.
mod edit: sorry we don’t allow linking to rips.
good quality link please?..pm
scratch and click
saw it couple days ago, first my lil sis said she liked it (she likes that vampire bs series, smallville and all that gay shit) so i didnt take it seriously. watched it, what a fucking bs movie. the fights where bs, the characters even more so. they even managed to find a guy who looks a lil like kazuya, and they make him a fucking bitch. wtf. 2 outta 10.
DOA was bad, but at least it was entertaining.
Tekken was simply all bad. Same with SF Legend of Chun Li.
No way. DOA was embarrassing trash.
Tekken had a lot going for it even despite bad execution. Also gets points for at least TRYING to stay true to its characters, unlike the Chun-li movie which clearly did not give a damn for the most part.
Tekken is leagues above both those flicks.
LOL @ Heihachi’s hair! It had me laughing every time Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa was on screen. He was SO much more badass in Mortal Kombat.
I wouldn’t say leagues, just that as a direct to dvd flick it was atleast semi decent for a DIRECT TO DVD movie. As a video game movie though, it fails horribly along the same lines as those other two flicks. If only it was more funny then atleast it would be watchable like Van Damme’s movie, which wins for all it’s memorable scenes which Tekken has none of. The worst part of Tekken is that once you realize that it isn’t going to be all that great, it doesn’t do anything to grab your attention, and it stars Luke Goss who doesn’t even fight at all.
Bross throws a kick then gets shot
at least chun li looks good and is the lead role (yeah i didnt watch it, doesnt change the fact shes hot). doa had a lot of good looking bitches. tekken had some, but there where far more guys in it (which makes it fail auto, unless the movie is actually good, yeah right).
I’m definitely buying this on dvd, if only for Christie’s ass.
No way. Have you seen the Chun-li movie? It was nigh-irredeemable garbage, and for the most part didn’t give a damn about accuracy.
The Tekken movie is leagues above that, in that it tried and did a hell of a lot better job in its attempt to portray the source material. Casting was pretty damned good by comparison as well.
There were no shit casting choices along the likes of “Bison” and “Charlie” like in the Chun-li flicks. Where you had to be TOLD outright who is was supposed to be, in order to know who it was. Nearly everyone in Tekken looked their part, some issues here and there, but a much better job through-out.
In fact if we were never told what the name of the movie was, or who the characters were, most probably would not recognize it as a street fighter flick. The same could never be said with Tekken.
Fightscenes? Hella better. Script? Much better. etc. I know you probably can’t look past fanboyish hate at the moment as you’re probably still in shock after seeing it recently, but the Tekken flick was IMMENSELY better than the garbage chun-li movie.
Now i’m not saying it was great, but trying to lump it in with garbage such as that, is not giving Tekken a fair shake at all.

Lol, The legend of failee is probably the worst movie ever made, but that doesn’t excuse Tekken for being as lame as it is.

FACEPALM
Geez…wow. They totally did that shot WRONG, and made it look BAD. The asscrack shot was not hot at all, instead it looked childish and dumb. Like a 3 yr old didn’t pull her pants up enough.
The actress was soooooo hot too, how the hell could they possibly mess that up?! :wow:
Yet they found a way. I’m simply in awe at that segment of terrible directing :amazed:
I’m not saying it was great, just that it was one hell of a lot better and well-done, than the chun-li movie was.
Its not fair to lump Tekken in with that turkey.
the tier list should be like, if you like any of these bs movies you yourself will be considered shit tier. just like all these movies.
