I just felt making this for some reason xD. I want to admire how amazing this game is and the Tekken series in general. The sheer amount of depth and complexity the game contains is just beautiful. To me, it’s like a fighting game enthusiast’s dream. There is just so much to learn. Something as simple as throw breaking in this game is a challenge xD. I love how strategies can range from purposely using a throw, expecting your opponent to react correctly to your throw and using the throw escape animation to your advantage. Understanding exactly which side a character is weak on in terms of sidestepping. Who has a faster backdash cancel or sidestep animation. I mean the list goes on. Couple that with a unique cast of character who all bring something different to the table. It’s just phenomenal in my opinion. Plus the indelible mark the series has left on my childhood. Listening to the awesome soundtracks from the Namco Sound Team throughout the series, watching those nice CGI endings when you completed arcade mode. The excitement of unlocking new characters upon each completion. I just have so much nostalgia attached to this series. But anyway, my hope is that more people outside of Japan and Korea see Tekken for the amazing amount of promise it delivers. I also hope people can look past their fallacious notion towards the series and truly open their eyes to it. And if anyone would care to share their memories or positive experiences with Tekken, go ahead xD.
