i thought you can now rematch as much as you want in ranked.
pc version seems to be still restricted to 2 matches…
Cause the patch only hit PS4 versions so far.
PC and Xbone will have to wait a bit longer.
And unlimited rematches in Ranked seems a bit extreme. Wouldn’t that encourage boosting?
A pc just isn’t as strong as a ps4 if you rematched too many times on pc you could get a virus!!!

It was announced that the PC patch will come in segments.
There’s more to come over the week.
To minimize and troubleshoot things gradually, instead of having to do any big rollbacks should problems do come around.

Also, at least from my experience playing or at least maybe its my style, but it feels like anyone without a good high low mixup style is at a distinct disadvantage or at least has NO pressure game. Thats usually why i stuck to characters like “Idol Girl”, “Backup Dancer”, and “Jin’s Waifu”. “Crybaby” seems super good though with her mixup game, maybe i could look at her. I used to main “Recovering Alcoholic Wrestler Man” in Tekken 5:DR too (best outfit BTW).
Also played some (better) player matches and did fine except maybe a few where i CLEARLY didnt know the MU. Lili is horseshit. No matter what i did, she did something faster or just blocked forever cause this is Tekken chump! All she did was twirl around and even though i understood what she was doing, every move felt + on block. Also, I hate the Paul MU. not because its hard, but because its BORING. Wait for the deathfist or them to throw out something just as slow, and then punish them with your superior lows (cause your Idol Girl!). rinse and repeat till dead.
Lili is plus on pretty much everything, however she has really shitty tracking. As in, the worst overall tracking in the game. Sidestep her.
Plus on everything meaning fff3 and QCF3+4? And the charged ff1+2 I guess. Everything else is just safe, she’s not very punishable unless she makes big commitments tbh, you just have to duck her strings or SS like Naeras said.

Black, Brown, and all dark colors got patched out of the game. It now looks dramatically worse on PC in terms of visual quality.

Katarina is the ultimate scrub killer. Seeing players with 0 Tekken fundamentals (and no intention of improving them) in yellow ranks. Just throw out strings with lows in them, and massive sweeps that all track. Mashing rewards greatly if the player doesn’t have the counter.
The more i play this, the more i wish i could play VF on my PC right now.
P.S. And no, VF4:EVO doesnt play well on PCSX2 for my computer. otherwise id be all over that!
