No, all 3 are arcade roms with test mode(config for Arcade).
It was already confirmed by Namco US.
The Arcade version of Tekken 1 had animated characters* on the select screen whilst the PS1 version didn’t. So you could probably find out that way.

I’ll take your word for it, but when I had Tekken 3 for the PS1, I distinctly remembered the differences were in sound effects. The port on the T5 disc has the same crappy sounds as the PS version.
The only thing that confirms it as an arcade port is the fact that “Free Play” is on the start up screen and there is no menu for options, vs., or practice.
Press select button for option aka Test Mode.
Man that kind of sucks about Tekken 1. It’s like they threw it on there and forgot to unlock it. Maybe I will hold on to my PS1 versions after all.
What about the music? The music would change every round in the arcade version of Tekken 3(like in third strike), but not the PSX version.

Do you know if the T1-T3 games are also a available for the offers for Game Crazy stick bundle also? or is it only a GameStop/EB exclusive? or is it all in the same disc as the T5 disc or seperate disc?

How is the “customize character data” thing on the PS2 version? by that I mean does it still offer the same features like that was offered in the Data Card? (customize name/clothes, buy items, Win/Lose record, rankings, etc… )
tonytony the Tekken 1-3 are part of the game, it isnt an exclusive offer. You’ll get them (on the same disc) whether you buy it now or 10 years from now.

Are the BG’s in T3 full 3d or just scaling 2d images like the PS1 version?
You could only play the original 8 in the Tekken 1 arcade iirc, so it’s probably the arcade version.
Yeah, I when I saw “Ships in 24 hours”, I figured that the bundle would be shipping on Tuesday.

dumb question - is the box containing the tekken stick big enough to fit into a school bag? i have to take the bus to the store after school, and i’d rather just squeeze the box inside my bag instead of having to carry the EB bag around on the bus and while walking home as well…thanks
