can anyone recommend me a stick for the ps3 to play this game? I do want a custom one but don’t think ppl can make it.
Custom sticks are no problem, you just need a converter like a pelican converter that has the analog/ps3 button. I usually use the hori fighting stick 3, which isn’t too hard to find, but if you don’t like japanese sticks, just get a custom.

OK, I’ve had this ridiculous lost connection problem ever since MK2 that has gotten a lot more frequent with DR. I bought an ethernet cable to go wired but that still didn’t work. Pissed, I Googled the hell out of this problem and finally found out that I needed to open ports on my router for the PSN. I haven’t had a lost connection so far after doing this.
So, if anyone has had a recurring problem with lost connections, check this site out and it’s easy step-by-step tutorial.
yeah i had the same problem and since i opened up a port, i have no problems too.
sorry Dbostick, it seems like it’s impossible for me to join a game from a friend invite. i haven’t been able to play a good friend of mine who lives only 20mins away. this network is weird.
I have problems with staying signed in too. Not so much in game, although every time I first search for a room it says there are none available. I have to search 3 times to see the full list, maybe thats because Im connected from the UK. But Im always being signed out whenever I am on the PS3’s dash. I unlocked ports, enabled UPNP, even tried setting up DMZ but nothing seems to work for that. If I ever try to send a message from the dash, I will be signed out. It works fine 2nd try.
Anyhow, any European players want to play? Add my tag: Mekes82 … Im not very good, just learning at the mo. Im never signed out whilst actually playing so dont worry about that!
That truly sucks, man. I really stopped having network problems once I enabled DMZ on my router. It’s so nice to be able to play for two hours straight without a single problem. I rarely have any lag now ever since I opened my ports, too. No more error 8002AD23 bullshit!!
The only thing else I can suggest is turning off the Media Server option in your PS3 network settings.

Yep, good games. I actually talk in the same thread as Chris_Mishima, that’s funny. He knows the KC Tekken crew that I’m in because he comes from Nebraska to play with us.

Lost 7 games in a row and dropped back down to 1st Dan.
I don’t know whether i need to practice or just take a break from this game but the level of bullshit from the losses almost made me want to throw the controller into the t.v.
Might take a half day off from the game and come back to it later.
If anyone wants to play i’ll probably be on late at night Pacific time on Saturday at like 11:30 p.m. or so.

Ive had great games where it was perceftas can be.
Also play wired and i would recommend broadband over dsl…

Yeah, those were some nice games; had to jet 'cause you were evening up my stats. 
There’s been so many different people I’ve played it’s hard to keep track. I’ve seen quite a few Paul and Bob (Rob?) players and rarely see any good Julia, Law and Mishima players.
There are plenty of lag abusing Asukas and Lilis, though. I have to admit I use either of them when I really need a win. There are WAY too many players out there who can’t block either of those bitches worth shit and I exploit that fact when I have to.

I’m currently doing some stick building, I’ve temporarily lost access to the PS3 I’ve been using, I can’t remember for the life of me, and Google is giving me absolutely nothing.
