I still couldn’t get it to work… I got past the billing info and then it asks me to confirm my address (the HK one) but then it says credit card invalid. The address doesn’t have to match the credit card, right? Also does the billing info have to match the account info?

Even though this is part of their region free strategy, apparently because the credit card workaround tactic is a form of credit card fraud, they’ve blocked foreign credit cards.

So if you want to buy stuff from other regions you have to wait until they release the gift cards / points cards which won’t be until the PS3 launches in Europe and Australia apparently.

Ok so I did this recentley I got a ps3 I followed mark mans steps but when I got to billing part it says billing info does not match anyone help me here ? anyone out there willing to share

It doesn’t show up after you downloaded it. You have to check your download history.

Just wait for the US one, it’s going to be upgraded with more modes and have bug fixes (most likely) according to 1up.com, info taken from TZ.
