As a matter of fact the first one is still pretty cool I think when I saw it not to long ago even to this day. As for the turtle music tour, oh man that was really awful. Even as a kid that I remember thinking how much the third and that movie sucked.

Just watch their mouths…sometimes the gums separate from the lower jaw…and the mouth movements are terrible! Comedy gold.
The first movie was brilliant. It was very true to the source material though they did change stuff up a bit.
Leonardo was the one who got jumped in the comics, not Raph.

The CG movie was decent.
I liked the cgi movie despite the hokey plot. I love how they have back story to Raph and Leo’s rivalry and sometimes loathing of the other. It was really well done.

I read IGN’s review and… it’s what I expected. I’m talking about a stupid plot, ignorable humans, decent turtle interactions, and a few good bouts of action.

Also, when i type teenage mutant ninja turtles into google, 3 reviews immediately pop up, not including the mentioned ign review. So it seems the reviews are flooding in today for those who want to put the opinions of people who you likely shouldnt be putting your trust in when it comes to deciding to see tmnt, or any movie for that matter.
I’m only super weary of opinions for tmnt because everyone out there seems to have this made up love affair for the tmnt, and all these wild expectations of what they should be, based mostly off of tmnt 2, not even the first one, or the forgettable third one, and the cartoon that no one should be taking anything from for making a movie. Most of these people never read the comic, or probably even knew it had one before a few months ago, nor do they care about the varying degrees of the characters and plots of the comic vs how it was portrayed in the cartoon, and first few movies.
I dont know, im super sold on the movie from the trailers, and am looking forward to huge badass ninja turtles who can fling the foot around no problem.
Also, it appears megan fox is still an idiot.

I don’t put my trust into one site and I sure as hell don’t have any bias against one as a whole (unless it’s fox news bad), I’ve given shit to IGN before so it’s not even that. I thought the reviewer made a reasonable analysis of the movie, and the other reviews I’ve read had a similar judgement of it.
And no, I don’t need to see the movie to have an opinion of it. I’d go broke if I had to see every shitty movie in theaters just to actually say it’s shitty, plus most of the movie is in the trailers/teasers popping up everywhere.
