Teching throws during recovery - does it need to be patched/removed?

To be fair, hulk could always do that. yes gamma charge AA is safe on block but if u simply back dash to make it whiff then u can easily punish it. or hey, you could always zone hulk out…

ya you can zone hulk out. which is why i said if you play a rushdown team youre free vs hulk

and what do you mean gamma charge AA? he can cancel his forward H mash into the forward gamma charge, now with added superarmor for more stupidity! so if you push a button it gets eaten up and then he can cancel into gamma crush. or cancel into the backwards gamma charge to make it safe if you block it.

Gamma charge AA, after 1 hulk must block or he is at disadvantage (so mixup time for your rushdown team).
Gamma charge not AA (H version) is UNSAFE, backwards gamma charge => projectile punish or dash and punish. ( maybe hsien ko cant do shit, but it’s hsien ko).

Gamma crush = block or counter then free combo on hulk.

Against hulk you must learn to block and punish, it’s a match up to learn (unlike half the cast where you just need to vaguely know what they do).

Does this make Hulk broken? no.

Does This make Hulk one of the ultimate ignorant eater…maybe.

Also. if out of the 3 character on your team none have projectile or slide, maybe your team synergy is off :confused: (if you play like wolverine/x23/haggar).

hulk is good undoubtedly, but if your strategy is to do Gamma charge and cancel it into gamma crush, those options are gonna be dwindling after your opponent plays patient and just BLOCKS.

i know you are saying that he can just mash forward H but players can just push block to safety, there are things in this game that are definitely overpowered by this change to throw teching. but it isn’t hulk. learn the matchup better.

I hope this gets removed, throwing wesker/dante/strider out of teleports is the only way I know of to deal with them when I’m playing doom/dormammu. Because of this shit I’m constantly getting bodied when I can’t punish scrubby teleports.

They must take this out, Spencer is already bullshit enough with his buffs, being unable to air throw him out of his grapple (that was also buffed) pressure with assists on the corner is just stupid.

People say air throws were too strong to begin with, guess what, they still are. Characters that can kill you from an air throw can still kill you from an air throw, but now they can’t be punished with their unsafe crap with air throws of your own. You can’t air throw Spencer out of his grapple stuff now, but if he lands an air throw on you guess what? Your character is dead.

If air throws were retarded before, now they’re even more. I actually think that if they don’t take this crap out this will be yet another Capcom “upgrade” that will end up being worse than vanilla.

Why not make throw back/forward M ? It makes it so people that want to throe commit to throws instead mashing H to hit confirm or air throw. Its so silly

The only thing that would change is that people with good air M would benefit more than people with good air H…

but would it lead to less hit stun how many charcters have good M’s for air to air and crossups? i mean look at unknown who was just mashing back H with nemisis back M is no near as good. they need the recovery removed also ,

But you can also use back H and then mash back M for the tech during the recovery.

Yea im just saying the recovery should be removed on top if that. I dunno it just seems throws are so strong in this game :confused:
