planet hollywood bar. some of the bartenders there are actually competing in the upcoming flair competition – supposedly this place is home to some of the best in japan. drinking laws here are very loose – drinking age is 20 but there’s no problem getting drinks, even if they know you’re underaged. mio works here so we got half off 
got back from fuji last night. we stayed in a japanese style hotel – had sliding paper doors and all that. was basically one big room with 5 of these floor mattresses (with an awesome feather comforter) to sleep on – you keep them rolled up against the wall while you’re not sleeping on them.
i didn’t really take any functional pictures of the room when i get the pics that the girls took, i might have more to post (this goes for pretty much all locations).
these were taken from the accessible roof of the hotel. didn’t have a tripod but wanted to mess around with extended exposure shots – not having a tripod is what makes them blurry 
we went on a boat ride in a lake around the mt. fuji area – most of these are taken while we were going pretty fast. last pic shows our badass boat captain
in this pic you see both the highest and the fastest roller coasters in the world. this and the next pics were taken from the ferris wheel at fujikyu.
here you see some of the fastest roller coaster in the foreground, but i liked what was behind it.
this is a new coaster that wasn’t ready yet – it’ll be running on the 19th – we just missed it

fastest roller coaster in action (that’s on it’s return track so it’s going much slower). coming out of that tunnel in the beginning is so crazy – never expected it to feel so fast.
