This is my first KOF game so selecting a main team has been hard to choose. Ive been alrdy sold on Kula on point and Mai in the middle. I just need an anchor. Suggestions will be really helpful.
Well, can’t go wrong with Shen! Shen’s a pretty sweet anchor and does a lot of damage. You want someone that’ll do a lot of damage and maybe has some easy hit confirms. If you’re going for a girl anchor, you should probably put Kula last as she’s probably the better choice for using meter. Leona’s pretty nice as a last character as she can turtle or go on the offensive. Her super has fireball invincibility and the C version of her air super has like Maximum Spider range.
Looking at your choices, I would say, Yuri for anchor, I respect Reiki suggestion for power and confirms, but sometimes if you can leave your anchor with plenty of bars and its a quick one, it can destroy opponents, I use HWAI, not much hit power but his speed makes up for it, easy to use too, but you want a male, I suggest either K’ or Benimaru, they are fast and have decent combos. it all depends on how you would like to play, try them all out.
