TEAM NW SF4 Quals! Dates,Times..Ambition

Team EC as of yesterday if you didn’t see it:

Justin - Rufus
Marn - C.Viper
Arturo - Dhalsim
Joe - Sagat
Sanford - Akuma

fucking pain in the ass team…

OCV em!

Where’d you find this?

EVO 5v5 thread.

Sanford’s using Akuma? Understandable, maybe even expected, but i’m still a bit disappointed.

Sanford is not comming to evo last I heard a few days ago.

I think they made the team announcement yesterday or today, because the 5th spot was open 2 days ago.

I heard he won a ticket to evo at some tourney or something. Who knows?

Yes! I’ve always felt the reason I have a hard time with 1p dragon punches is that my hand is less coordinated playing that side. I’ve really been paying attention to it lately since I’ve been messing around with ryu.

Where do you guys find out who else is in your pool??

is the future not registered?

Sorry bro, I already posted the list of people that are going to be challenging. Seems like I might have to choose a 5th member now that Future might not be able to participate.

Unfortunately Future wont be able to go to EVO, so his replacement has already been chosen. Everyone Welcome King to the NW Team. King has showed the most dedication and improvement out of all the challengers.

Challenge is still open and will be handled at EVO. Time to get back to practice folks, we got a lot of work ahead of us.

If anyone wants advice in taking Seth down (I’m not great with Seth yet, but I have a list of ‘do’ and ‘do not’ in Seth match ups. Just let me know if you’re worried about running into a Seth in your pools.

I’m going to need that help, because Dhalsim + Guile = Seth = Bad deal for Blanka.

I think for Seth you just need to be patient, and try to find a hole in your opponents game plan where you can get some hits in. We all know how much life he has…and he can run away for days. If you get the lead then turtle.

The easiest way to catch a seth is to anticipate when he will do his wall bounce kick, because you can crumple him with a well timed focus.
