if you hit sentinel with a rom when he is 100% then your best bet is to take it into the corner and s.fp unblockable unmashable dhc death (not sure, you might have to use the unblockable twice…and that might make him dizzy, but it might kill xD it will kill if it is not a 100% sentinel) or just rom to the corner and hypergrasp tempest usin sj.lk sj.lk ad/f lk lp lk blah blah blah. but if you wanna be riisky just reset him. sentinel got funny hit boxes so i mean…sometimes its juss to hard to block with him against mags. ask mixup about square jumping…the secksi kind

yes, taking him to the corner and 2 reps of HGxxMT will kill him when he’s 100% from anywhere…1 reset might be needed just for positioning…I don’t even bother resetting him that much…I just straight-up kill him…doesn’t make me popular, but oh well…hehe

I feel you on that shit when you perfect the spacing on doing it actually out of stuff, I know i need to work on my spacing with that abit. Yipes stays doing that shit with storm out of like sj.ing jab and short low juggles on sentinel. If you mean something different than you should let me know, so I actually know what to ask about.

talkin about square jumpin with fp rh, if you do it right fp hits one side and rh hits on the other. it can lead to good and bad things because you wont be comboing the fp,rh unless you see it hit…so they will have time to call out an assist in between fp,rh…but that also means you could get double snaps. risk reward factor…hehe, is it worth it? who knows~ probably not:sweat:

shiiit. so many. but really it’s just variations of highs and lows and either on left or right side. then you build up on it and then start layers. then you do resets right after resets.

with storm: sj. addf (cross side, probably after flying screen)lp, nj, adf+psy (crosses to original side, this is a layer from the first reset) hold up to float/psy hits, floating lk, dash under cr.lk launch (another reset, another layer)

keep in mind, just about anywhere you can add a different reset (layer) or just finish the combo. you can continue, go into an infinite and then reset again, etc.

That’s just the mixup/reset vortex. there’s still the smart rushdown vortex…

one I’ve been working on and like is cr.lk+psy, st.mk, psy hits/sj. addf lp, sj addf. sj.hp (crosses up and hits while they are standing/crouching) infinite for a bit or just one rep, cr.lk, st.mk, sr.hk, sj. uf, addf, float, right before you land (looks like you did though) sj.hp and start it all over again (infinite/reset/combo to flying screen)

-learning your opponent

Storm:
-jxxad (d,b,db,df,u,uf, etc) & sj.xxad (d,b,db,df,u,uf, etc) cancels
-necessary for hi-low mix-up and cross-ups/resets
-tri-jumps
-how to make effective use of hailstorms (chip,punish,rhythm)
-how to make effective use of psy/mag while keeping them and yourself safe
(a lot of Mag’s stuff could pretty much apply w/ storm)
(i think storm would play a little safer than mag would, but would still attempt to maintain control via baitingxxhailstorms, etc)

Psylocke:
-Dash in s.FP xx Psyshot xN. This is a pretty good pressure tool against certain chars.
-basic AC (launch, sj.LKx2, Psyblade xx Butterflies) obviously
-back+RK (hold forward) is a good mixup tool, especially when you have an assist backing you.
-Forward+RH overhead…use sparingly…catches ppl off guard when you condition them to block low.
-Abuse Psyblade against pixies…madd priority and madd fast.
-c.FP shrinks her hitbox, so stuff like Sent’s RP will whiff at point blank range.

That’s all I’ll post…

Psy:
-Know what she can dash through and under.
-Tiger knee dem psy-shots at certain times, to stop certain things (square jumps, hail)
-uf+hk instant overhead…it’s useful, use it. for mixups, after flying screen, and know to combo a dj.lp, lk, up+hkXXbutterfly super
-When on point and you do .lk-psyblade for protection, lag recovery, escape, whatever…if it hits, be able to confirm and then press lk, hk to juggle them high enough to cancel to super.
-stuff the deth-scyanide said

-qcf+kk is a great super to DHC to your point…gets outta stuff, beats out just about anything (physical, evil priority)

Why my MSP is only ‘barely’ functional:

-i can’t consistently air dash df on my pad (mag/storm mix-up)
-i have yet to learn any of mag’s infinites vs non-sentinel characters
-i have no real applications for storm’s infinite on sentinel

Dramatic effect. This should soon be dealt with in training mode.
