To use a Jap term, ‘The Vortex’ is Yomi thinking-- being able to anticipate the other guy’s next move and just staying one step ahead consecutively. Defintiely a mindfuck bc if youre not able to relaz when youre on the receiving end it just feels unbeatable.

Or u can do like i did take out out Psylocke and put in Cyke. Its just as effective plus u have a better 3rd character to play if need be. U can still cross up and everything pretty much the same.
it’s not just as effective, because the reason why psylocke is so good is because she drops the character on their back.
Yeah and its a chance they can roll out of it too. With Cyke theres no rolling chances at all if u get caught. Then he doesnt take the assist damage Psylocke does.
If they land on your c.short its most surely unrollable…pretty much any scrub that plays MSP gets the timing on the unrollable 7/10 if they know its there. The other real advantage that psy gives you is like way too many snapx2, which you get more of solo with mags than you do involving the cyke assist.
MSCyke is waayyy more balanced. You get alot more chip and honest play from cyke than you do with psy on point. Storm + CykeAAA is too good. There are some hella good resets with mag + cyke AAA and you get an unmashable. There is no denying that its a really good team.
But MSP is completly a different ballgame, its like a 10 second match ender wheras MSCyke is a team where you (try to) outplay your opponent for the entirety of the match. There is really not any way to compare psy to cyke assist with these teams as they do completly seperate things.
yes, I’ll take MSP over MSC…but I still use MSC every so often…now MST is a real match ender…OWW <3
yeah they are 2 types of play between these teams, I just rather have cyke even tho mag-psy is the shit but too weak on point for me. then once snapped in it could be a team down the drain. I love to play msp but against santhax, s/d, etc I rather have cyke.
i haven’t realli played mvc2 in forever risuno x_X i just tried to talk about one of the un-flashy pros to msp compared to mst msc and mss. if you play carefully then a sentinel has a hard time getting unfly…and that means there will be holes in his patterns once you get in close to him, givin you the chance to go offensive. but the minute you give sentinel unfly against mag/psy the battle gets harder…a lot harder lol
(this wouldn’t necessarily be the case if your sentinel was a refly king, as you would cover your holes left open by unfly with reflies, but this is a few people in the marvel population)

psy is just a better assist for msp team chemistry than cyke. Theres nothing better then knock down from an assist, msc is good but its mainly good against a sent team,msp just rapes every team in the book. Psy is fragile but what assist isnt when hit, and what character doesnt die off of being hit once in this game.
Yeah I totally agree with u, I would rather have psy except when playing sent teams like u said or msp cuz for some reason cyke messes up mag.
i can feel you on that man, but I have a question. you are starting mags vs. sent, if you catch sent with the rom, would you just unmashable everytime? Cause pretty much any reset outta the rom (xcept FS ones) would give him that unfly, and i dont even F* with the wall HGxxMT back into the rom anymore after playin you guys last year. I remember you doing those wall c.RH and dash s.FP resets, i guess those would be safe enough if you didnt fuck it up since its near impossible to block that shit.
Mixah does not “think” he is good, everyone on these forums “knows” mixah has massive engine knowledge, tons of knowledge of the top 4 and way beyond, and generally pimp execution. If you hit the c.lk right, there is NO chance for the opponent to roll. Its called an unrollable OTG, and if you read the whole thread, he was not the only one to correct you on this. 
i understand what u are saying, i never said it wasnt unrollable, i know it is, what im saying is that somestimes people miss judge it and the opponents are able to roll thats all and sometimes i would rather have cyclops. Im not tryin to get in no big argument over a game believe me i have more important things to worry about, but i feel he shouldnt just come out calling people names and shit, no matter how much he knows. Sorry if i offended anyone.
^ i understand where you are coming from, and i have even seen top players miss the unrollable, hell ive seen yipes miss it 2 or 3 times in one match when things get hairy.
I can also agree with the namecalling, SRK is at times a little much for the average person, all I can say is take stuff with a grain of salt, and dont get offended. In Mixahs defense, it did sound like you didnt even know about the unrollable, and that would just be kinda sad considering.
