Oh my God, a TF2 thread.

I love this game to death and it’s probably the only game I’m actually very, very, very, very good at.

Only classes I’m good at is like, solly and spy, but man. When I go to town, I go to town.

I’m really just starting to get into replays, so right now, this is the only one I got up. (trying to upload another with a good rack of kills soon.)

Yea wtf is up with that? I got the id pack before they even put Q4 on steam.To think they would make a promo weapon from the original game (its even called ORIGINAL) to use in TF2 but only if you bought Quake 4 is messed up.

Try ATF Humpaholics Anonymous’ TF2 server. The people there are usually pretty nice and laid back and are fairly serious/focused, for a Pub anyway. Just don’t be surprised if you get booted for a clan slot reservation.

At least they fixed the fillrate problem with the mangler. The thing would have been worse troll potential in that video if they left the fps dropping to 2 for everyone else, even ONE shot was a killer to performance.

When that thing first came out, I thought my computer was all messed up or I was having a hard time connecting to the server or something. And then it kept happening. Red lasers everywhere. I had no idea what was harmful or what was what.

And good god the Cow Mangler does nearly everything. Anyone feel that the Detonator is kind of moot with that thing running around now?

I play on The Couch mostly. Nothing chaotic, over controlled, and they only boot serious cases. We’re all nice.

When i’m not on that, I usually hop on some valve server, or a internode server for some HPB action.

And if you ever just feel like screwing around on a well-moderated server, there’s always Hal’s Playground 2Fort Rainy. I go on there when I feel like getting away from the seriousness of other servers. Heheh, getting away from seriousness in a vidya game. That’s just silly.

Anyone else still getting occasional FPS drops from the rayguns? It gets really annoying sometimes. I’d check the Steam Forums, but I don’t like going there much anymore because they’re so full of troll.

At least Valve fixed the glitch where you couldn’t overheal people at Dispensers.
