We were thinking that, Triple S. Only problem is I got class from 10 at night on Wednesdays. So someone else has got to run it. If it’s on Mondays, Thursdays, or Fridays, I’d be more than happy to run it. Any suggestions?

It’s cool Chris. I try to go there a lot so I can learn stuff even though I lose most of the time. The matches you saw with me playing that one night, I was experimenting some new things I recently learned. I don’t mind losing to anybody at SVGL as long as I feel I’ve learned something in the process or gained valuable experiences from it.
I honestly don’t care about what Tragic said because he has his own opinion on things whether it be my playing skills, joystick, etc. Actually my joystick wasn’t functioning properly in some of my matches too that night so I guess it’s only fair to say that both sides of that particular CvS2 machine weren’t working 100 percent.

What happened wasn’t the complete story. After Chris got angry, I admitted to lying and told him I played around… BUT, the reason I did this is because he was neglecting me, which was true, and hadn’t come down to irvine like he said he would a long time ago. I asked him if he could blame me and he was silent.
Eventually, we both apologized and worked out our differences over albertson’s brand vodka and spent a beautiful night together. Online. It must have been six AM when we finally crashed, but, man, that was some good cyber.

Is Hugo’s 360 instant? Like, if you hold up a frame after I hit the button for the 360, will you escape, or no? I used to think it was instant, but lately it seems like I’m getting hit out of the grab.

Not really a question, but a word of advice concerning Makoto. When she does a command throw to you, always try to do a super right when you would normally recover(if you have an instant super)(I guess you can also try an EX move). Even good Makoto players seem to mess up the timing every so often. One time when I was at SVGL I did a deadly-double combination right when I recovered because my opponent accidently mistimed his fierce, and I got a lucky win, YAY.

This is TIGHT! At least I think it is. On the DC version of 3s, there are actually 2 EXTRA ‘secret’ colors. We all know about the jab+forward+fierce one, but here’s the other one: Fierce+start+roundhouse. I don’t know if you need to have beaten the game with the character already or something(we beat the game with every char a year or 2 ago on my friend’s mem card, and it works w/everyone for us). Now, this color generally sucks…the only cool ones I think are Q’s and Twelve’s, and maybe Necro’s. BUT, like I said, there’s another secret color, and these are generally much cooler. To get it, you both have to take the same character and both have to use the secret color(fierce+start+RH).
My friend Dave discovered the above. I’ve never seen anyone use these before, and I gotta say…TIGHT.
OK, I guess I only had one question, and most of you probably had already thought about the 2nd point, but admit it, you didn’t know about the secret colors. Come on, admit it.
