Is it possible to use the madcatz te stick main pcb without the turbo panel? it looks like it has every input i need. dont really care about turbo or home. I mainly play on pc.

I think it’s possible but you have to jumper certain pins together that would get connected on the turbo panel, like the LS-DP-RS switch and the Tournament lock.
I have a te 360 pcb taken out and put into a wooden stick as it can be done if you only use it for pc ive lost turbo and the lock button i had to solder wires for the home button but it works fine when i plug into a 360
What happened to the te case
Nothing happened to it. I upgraded to a brook board with gummowneds te turbo panel mod.
My buddy has a broken hori v4 that I was going to just put the madcatz pcb in the hori case.
So are you not using the turbo panel in your wooden build? If not if love to see more pics on how you have it all wired up if you’re not to busy. Thanks for the replies.
No im not using the turbo panel at all my old te stick has a te2 xbox one board in it now my wooden stick is just a basic 6 button layout with 3 buttons on the back for start select and home on the pic above it shows 2 wires soldered in for ground and home

Wipe the glass cover of that lens on your smartphone. Show us some pics of that awesome stick WITHOUT the mysterious foggy haze

Just remembered i desoldered the connectors off the board that was connected to the te case so soldering seperate wires were easier and cleaner for me also for the usb cable i used a usb cable with jst connector and soldered that in you can see from the pics above
