I believe nobody uses the Turbo function on the TE and im thinking about offering acrylics with that entire area blanked out. I appreciate the Home/Guide button is on the same PCB and its fed by 2 ribbon cables and 4 soldered on cables. How easy would it be to rewire that button to isolate it from the rest? I have no clue with electronics really. I could offer that button holes as a cutout in its original place or maybe offer a 24/30mm in a different place. The turbo area comes out easily and I think the TE could look even nicer with out that black mess of an area gone and more art real estate.
I ask this because I dont want to be pulling wires out of mine as I do use it (when I get the chance anyway) and it will be a test bed for photos. Appreciate any input.
Dude! That looks awesome!!! I just finish the graphics but haven’t had a chance to print it out & place it on my Arcade Stick. I’m thrill that you though the art was cool enough to place it on your controller. I need to get me a full plexi glass, the one that I have now is with the bezel, but full glass is the way to go!!!
I want one of these just for the countersunk screws, that bottom left screw irritates me beyond belief. How much would the plexi/screws be as pictured?
I never seen art’s turbofree plexi around so errr oops I think it’s really nice. And daniel73 glad you don’t mind. Full plexi with countersinking and bolts is 15. Delivery depends on where you live. I’ll just put a picture of on first page of my other thread and offer it from there. Having tested the other 3 acrylics I think I’m just going to do 4 holes for now unless specifically requested as they are more than enough for the job.
As far as black stainless bolts go, that’s gotta be the easiest self mod ever surely?
