those black ones look very silver though lol…I guess it’s just the wrong picture.
For peeps in the US looking for these type of screws, I found some M4 .7mm thread screws at ACE Hardware. I had to get some 20mm length ones though and they were philips screwdriver style but they look awesome 
I just used a steel cutting machine saw to cut them down to proper size.

Ive got some 30mm M4s with a philips head, he didnt have anything else.
