Anyone have this issue? I JUST got my TE stick 2 days ago. Yesterday, I joined a game, then all of a sudden, it says “please reconnect controller”. When I tried to turn the controller back on, the 4 lights lit up on the controller, but my xbox won’t recognize it, then it turns off.
I tried plugging it into my PC also, and it says this usb device has malfunctioned.
Then randomly, it started working again last night.
But this morning it stopped working again, same problems.
Is there a fix for this? I don’t want to pay shipping and ship this back for replacement, although that’s probably what i have to do unless this is an easy fix :sad:
