To whoever was asking about the passwords at the end of Arcade Mode:
According to the poster that comes with the Arcade PCB kit, you can enter the passwords on Capcom’s Web site for a chance to win TvC-related loot. Japan-only!

You WOULD be the one to ask that, wouldn’t you xD
You or Magenetro xP
Liking the game too bad I have no one to play with exept for training mode and CPU
Fucking awesome game. Finally got my copy in, and our game night here was pretty much nothing but. Absolute blast playing this game with people. CPU was meh, but vs competition is great.
Awesome.
yeah baby! My stuff got here at around 11:30 today. Exar stick does feel a little cheap, but I like it. After watching so much TvC stuff, and now finally gettting to play it, I can finally say that it is 100% awesomeness. Off to play…
Keits: your video was missing tech rolling. Hold left or right depending on which direction you want to roll in.
I don’t have a wii, so I can’t test it right now, but when does damage begin to scale?
When the credits start to show, just press any attack button ( I guess, I think I always press 3). The screen will change colors and you’ll be able to play it.
I am having a lot of troubles with my converter. I am using the cube joybox but whenever I load the game and try to use it, the wii won’t register it.
I am using a HRAP2.
I’ve tried restarting my wii, resetting, unplugging it, pretty much everything I could think of and it’s not working.
Any thoughts?
That’s kinda strange. Make sure to plug the HRAP2 into the converter before turning the Wii on. I found is helps with the detection issue. Let me know if that helps any.
On a side note. I just received two joybox converters for the Wii and after testing them out I can happily report no lag. I’m able to pull off all the combos I normally do. Even Karas slide dash infinite comes out smoothly.
I tested the converters on a MAS stick, HRAP1, HRAP2SA, SVC Chaos Hori Stick, and a Tekken 4 stick. All worked great.
Not sure if anyone is having trouble with the config conversion but for my setup I have the following
Since my Kanji reading skills suck as a marker note that the character Y is defaulted on is considered the 1st Character and P is the fourth Character. From here you should be able to easily map your buttons.
This layout is for HRAP1, HRAP2, and HRAP2SA, Standard Layout MAS stick
Y (2nd Character)
X -------------------
A (4th Character)
B (1st Character)
L -------------------
R -------------------
Z (3rd Character)
Hope this helps and if anyone notices a corrections post them up.
Looks good. Heres some help.
GC = PS2
Y = triangle (?)
X = circle
A = X §
B = square (?)
L = L2
R = R2
Z = L1 + R1 (?)
don’t forget the taunt button
it’s important
How do you play the mini games even though it gives you some message in japanese and sends you back to the main menu?
Sweet! Now I just hope mines get here before the tourney this weekend.
its because you have to use the wiimote ONLY.
Thanks for the layout. My copy of the game hasn’t arrived yet but I’m glad I’ll have the correct button layout.
Are wii only characters going to be banned? I think they are really interesting characters and it would be a shame to cut the cast any smaller than it already is.
Only Joe should be banned because he is just ridiculous.
sweet, not a single tournament for this game and people are already talking bans!
