^ i like it alot, but i havent had much time to play it, and i haven’t played it against a person yet. But i dig it, and once i get the hang of it, im sure ill like it even more
I don’t think he’s talking about the component cables. If he is then everyone should have them since the component cables are on the same cord as the regular A/V cables. His TV might be a year or 2 old and maybe that’s why he is obtaining lag due to his slower refresh rates. Either that or the brand is low end. Anyway, after a lot of testing I have come to the conclusion that Westinghouse seems to be the best choice for the price. I have played many many games on it including arcade boards that are standard def and hi def and have never had any problems with lag. Hopefully this helps people that are in need of a new HDTV.

Really? Maybe it was only first run. I could be mistaken though. Although I can swear that I have used those for my setup. Maybe I purchased them seperately and have just completely forgot :lol:. Who knows, it’s been a while since I’ve used them since I’m just playing on a standard definition tv for now. Hopefully I can get an HD by the end of the year.

yeah the wii ships with only composite cables. i would suggest anyone who has a HDTV to buy the component cables.

There is an in game command list.
So I found out that you don’t need to Mega Crush to get out of Joe’s freeze glitch. All you have to do is press any of the buttons a couple of times so he does his auto combo thing. I tested this of course as well, I waited 10 min and tried it again and it still got him out of it.

So this might be a bit off-topic of the game specifically, but would anyone be willing to go over exactly which shows the Tatsunoko cast is from? I’ve definitely never seen anything with any of them before, and would kinda like to check some of them out. I’ve got some Gatchaman thing with 3 OVAs downloading right now, but I have no idea what else I should be checking out.
What are the cables for no lag on HDTV? Is it really 99% lag free?
It’s the component cables. I have an HD TV with component cables and I don’t get lag. Also the Exar stick isn’t that bad sure it feels cheap. but i also got the Hori Wii stick, but I like playing more on the Exar. But soon I’m getting those converters to play on my Pros…
You might want to check out the new animation Casshern SINS.
If they modeled Casshern and Friender after the SINS designs rather than the classic character designs, I’d totally want to use them. The new show makes Casshern and Friender look so badass.
Also, there’s a new Yatterman show out too. idk the exact title though.

Am I the only one having trouble feeling this game, or am I totally missing something? I can’t quite place my finger on it, but something just feels off.
Maybe I just need more time with it, or someone to actually play against, but I find the hype failing to meet my expectations.

I’m not going to lie to you, I didn’t like the game at first either. It kinda feels like it’s definitely is lacking and I know where you are coming from. I played this for a couple of hours straight in my first sitting and it just got, well boring real fast. But what people have said is right, you need to play against people to really appreciate it.
I’m sure a lot of people will agree that Marvel vs. Capcom 2 gets boring really fast and old if you constantly play against the CPU. However, when you play against an actual person the game completely changes. It’s sucks that there isn’t any online play for this and it’s not in most arcades here in North America but I’m sure if you play against people and more things are discovered than you will learn to appreciate it.
Also, I’m not sure if this has been mentioned already, but the end credits for this game are absolutely amazing. Whoever came up with the idea of making a mini game out of credits needs to get a fucking raise at Capcom!
