I preordered from Play-Asia and got FedEx, received it the next day. I ordered the game+2 sticks.
shipping was like $40.
I did UPS, got it yesterday I had it preordered for quite a while though.
Seems like UPS/FedEx is a day or so delivery.

is karas lvl 1 only the counter super? I can’t seem to do anything else but that for his level 1.

Ok, Soki’s 2nd L3HC works like this. 'Pologize if any of this is old, but i did read through the thread since yesterday’s posts.
First, you have to activate his first L3HC (214 + Any2 (is there some kind of shorthand for ‘any 2 buttons?’ long time lurker here)), that transforms him into Oni mode. When in Oni mode, you actually cannot tag out and P becomes his ‘soul suck’ move. When you hit your opponent, orbs will come out. Yellow, blue and red. Blue replenishes your steadily-depleting Super gauge, I think Yellow will replenish some health, and red will add 1 to the counter that appears above your Super gauge at the bottom. You need to suck up 7 red soul orbs before you can use his 2nd L3HC (623+Any2). After doing that, Soki goes out of Oni mode.
Karas’ Special 3-move combo after his Sonic Boom dash (charge 46+ any):

after the dash hit, do the 236+C for the next attack. You’ll know you did the right move if that particular move looks different than his normal 236+C, 5+C, 3+C, 2+C or 623+C. In fact, the position he’s in after a successful ‘623+C’ is very similar to the end of his normal 5+B. Once that move hits, then you can move on to the 3rd part of the attack, which is either 6+C or 46+C. 46+C seems to be the natural end of this sequence and will result in a 3-hit combo. 6+C makes karas snap rather unnaturally to a standing position briefly before doing an overhead somersault attack. This somersault does not combo, but i guess could be used against an anticipated V.Counter or something.
I was wondering what the deal was with Snapbacks as well. I did find one for Alex and Fat Tatsunoko guy, but they were both special moves. Is it not a standard ability for everyone? I wasn’t a MvsC2 player so I didn’t even know what snapback was until this game.
If you’re asking if Karas is the only one to have a ‘counter super’, then I don’t know yet 
But if you’re asking if he has any other level 1, he does. It took me a little while to get it, but i can get it pretty consistently now.
You have to do his 236+Any first (the sword spin/fireball reflector shield), and then quickly do 236+Any2 to get it. It doesn’t help that this results in a command that is veeerrrry similar to his 623+Any2 ‘counter’ super, so it’ll take a bit of practice to get it down. I can’t say for certain if this is true, but if you’re absolutely positive you’re putting in the correct inputs for the Spin super and you’re still getting the Counter super after the Spin, you might be doing the 2nd command a little slow.
