Who knows, he may end up having really unsafe attacks on block or something. I just get the gut feeling that he’s going to be this game’s Magneto.
By the way, Megaman’s machine gun super is so useful in combined specials. It pins the opponent down for a long time if it hits or is blocked, allowing slower super moves like Doranjo’s falling mecha special to get some time for setup.
I saw a video where a guy used that exact combination, and it seemed very effective. I can only imagine the usefulness of this super when combined with other slowish supers.

Shit the team I was picking up was Tekkaman/Karas anyhow.
That’s a nice team. They both have awesome mech suits, blades and chord attacks.

Tekkaman and Souki aren’t about combos, but rather, strong hits.
Yeah. Although he seems pretty solid…or rather looks it. I don’t like the fact he is like Soki hard hitter. The Tekkamen have never been slow in any of the series. Blade, Space Knight, or Blade II. They are always traveling at high speeds. But I’m still cool. Capcom obviously knows what they are doing.
So who’s hosting a warm-up tourney to jump start the madness when they finally get their copy? As soon as my copy arrives I’m throwing one real talk. I’m hyped more than an insomniac on X-pills.
Tekkaman doesn’t seem all that slow. He’s kind of big, but his attacks seem to have a lot of multi-hit properties to them. Soki is like Ike from Smash Bros Brawl in terms of slowness, except he actually seems to have useful super armour on his heavier moves.
I kinda saw he was Ike-ish lol. It never really hit me though until you said it. I guess Soki, Last Planet Sentinel, and Gold Lightan are the super armor candidates.
Does anyone know what Soki’s transformation does? I’m curious as to whether it makes him stronger, faster or maybe gives him super armour. All the videos I saw of him transforming, he either died soon after or KOed the opponent too soon for me to make any assessments.
It depends on the shipping choice. I picked either FedEx or UPS (that’s around $20 on average). If you pick what I did, you’ll definitely get the game the same time as Japan or a day later. If you don’t, it may take a while.
