…why not Wolverine Taskmaster Akuma…
When back to lab trying hit every character type with berserker barrage assist extension…while it work on most of the cast ( it works on all the cast if just random shield skills + tatsu hit confirm combo) it actually doesn’t work on doom or any character bigger (heavier?)than him but works all the rest of the top tiers and small characters from task’s normal BNB
@Dougie The reason I put taskmaster first is I’m more comfortable with him and his the better meter builder at least for me
I can understand that…but IMO, Wolverine + Arrows + Tatsu > Task + Berserker Barrage + Tatsu
Wolverine can make use of Task arrows AND you can DHC from any position. Taskmaster + xfactor lvl 2 and Tastsu assist shouldnt be slept on either IMO.
I agree that it seems more natural for Wolverine to be first, but I just love Task first. I feel pretty invincible chest to chest with shield skills + tatsu, more so than Wolverine with it for whatever reason (granted I haven’t played Wolverine much at all). Plus, like I said, if I get a hit with Wolverine out and tatsu first, I don’t know a good way to extend with Taskmaster arrows which is the main problem.
Ive been practicing Task spencer akuma, but spencer is hard for me to pick up. But as far as finding a spot for wolvy on a team, from what ive seen from my friend who plays him anchor… he has a badass wolvy( even though he does have Jam session wich insanely compliments wolverine)
I been surveying the wolverine forums and actually found some who plays wolvie and task and it seems that arrows assist can be used for instant overheads and combo extensions

you can also beserker slash into arrows, which is another reason why I was thinking about running a wolvy task akuma… good synergy
I might just pick up wolverine to troll people lol. Although I’m a firm believer in vert arrow assist, I can’t deny how “cheap” horizontal arrows can be. Vergil also has good synergy at point with hori arrows.

When his best mixup is crL or throw/Mighty Swing, and you can bait people with staggered crLs I completely disagree.
Task still kills the majority of the cast off a light. Why not?
This too, off proper teams you still do 950k-1.05 million damage for 2 bars off a crL. That’s pretty damn good damage. It’s not Hulk/Zero levels but it’s damn good.
