To first three placers - the money discrepancy (actual pot payout reflects 37 players - not 39) arose from two players in the bracket that didn’t show up or pay. As a result, I treated the matches they were in as byes, giving them a loss. Sorry for any confusion.
I’d like to thank everyone for coming - especially the new faces. Please continue to come out and play - check the Pacific North and Sacramento threads for any upcoming events. I’m considering running this as a regular tournament - perhaps as a monthly. The City will continue to run as a biweekly (barring conflicting tourney dates with other tourneys), so if you’ve got Saturdays free, consider going to those.
I’d also like to apologize to Sean from Modesto - I’m not sure why you weren’t in the bracket, because I distinctly remember adding you in Tonamento. I’m sorry you had to travel so far only to not be able to play - I’ll try to take steps in the future to make sure things like this don’t happen again (checking and re-checking the brackets after they’re made, contacting the developer of Tonamento to be able to add late entrants, etc). It is entirely my fault and hopefully, it didn’t turn you off attending tournaments. I’d like to make it up to you, so if and when you see this, PM me. Once again, I’m very sorry.

REMINDER - Pad players, please, please turn off your controllers and leave them off when you are finished with your matches. We had no less than five incidents of pausing during tournament matches because controllers that were synchronized to the systems kept on trying to communicate.
