Hoping to get my cab up-and-running again so I can get back on it.
I’m actually a PS3 player, so the Xbox Pad in general feels awkward in my hands. I’m thinking of just biting the bullet and getting this XCM converter so I can just use the natural PS3 pad. Might help if I continue going to the events anyway, if any else has the same preference.
they did try to use those monitors but they had lag, Daigo and a few other players complains so they packed them up and put them away. stick with the asus
edit: correction, i forgot they gave those tvs to the mvc2 players to play on, which was ass cuz then we had laggy tvs to play on

isnt pretty much any monitor with 5ms or less response time hooked up with a vga cable lag free? i play on my dell monitor no problems from it and i brought it out to alma before and no complaints :).

Then Asus it is, thanks Allen. It’ll come with a VGA cable for you xbox players, and I guess HDMI is fine with ps3.

NOT truth! RESPONSE TIME HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH LAG!!! It’s about post processing. There aren’t any TVs are monitors in the market that advertise input latency. If you wanna know about how it works and what setups are appropriate, visit this:
If you don’t care and just want something to play on, just grab the EVO monitor. There are other monitors, like some Viewsonic and other brands, but the Asus EVO monitor is the accepted standard.

If I’m not mistaken, this will be the first major to feature Arcade Edition for Super Street Fighter IV! However we’ll have several games on hand: Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition, Marvel vs. Capcom 3, Mortal Kombat 9, Super Street Fighter II Turbo. More game announcements are still tentative!
