Unfortunately with my schedule the earliest I can do anything is 9am. About 930am everyday I’m been running 2 miles this past week since I got back from Atlanta. I lift weights and do the pushups a little after 7pm or whenever my day ends. It’s not much but I’m just trying to get back into the habit of exercising again.
