I was hungry, until I had a fine made turkey =) and fine fish with fried rice and red wine and mashed potatoes with gravy with a side of stuffing and asian salad with the wine of my choice. :lol: followed by a fine desert with my favorite hazelnuts included for the exquisite flavor with ice cream on the side and peanut butter on the top.

my family decided to have me sell the condo, so i can’t rent it out. i would seriously rent it to you on the cheap if they decided to keep it.
we bought the place for 89k, its worth less than 77k now.
maybe i can get a mortgage, buy it off my family, because i know they will sell it to me on the cheap, sit on it for a while/rent it out, then wait for the market to recover…
