The mike’s are making it complicated, i thought it was pretty simple.
@Mike: while i may personally agree with that statment, thats not how this contest works, Both Mike J and I agreed to the terms that were put forth(though haven’t heard anything on that soft ban on O.Sagat mike) and that includes ST, Super and MvC3. Super is the game i specialize in and MvC3 is the game Mike speciallizes in and ST is just a really good fighting game that puts us on supposed Equal Playing field.
I say you dudes just go for a FT10 in something you’ve never played before. . . ever. Let’s see if Mike J really has his uncanny Day 1 Gimmicky/Top Tier character ability!

Also, don’t care for O.Sagat so he’s banned, and Akuma, just in case someone decides that because it wasn’t stated we could do it.
Mike do the math, Player B won
Player A: 5+5+1 = 11
Player B: 3+4+5 = 12
Mike is saying ‘A’ scraped by two wins because he won 5/3 and 5/4, while player B won overall and dominated in the last set.

Ordered SSF4 for it, dunno about MvC3 for it just yet (since I already have it for PS3)
It’s not a bad game, but he’s not terribly wrong in that statement either. MvC3 is clearly not a “thinking man’s” game. MvC2, for that matter, was not much of one either. They both favor reactionary play over outright thinking. 3, however, lowers the already low bar for required smarts and makes obtaining huge damage (and thus wins) much easier.
Those matches were pretty entertaining, especially when both players burned XF at level 1. It makes the last 1v1 much closer to a ‘real match’.
Clearly, thats why he doesn’t know bread and butter Storm combos…and admits to not knowing her combos in the video.
I love miniature golf…doesn’t mean its good.
My point was when he says “this game isn’t about smarts its about damage” lol. Just funny to me. Don’t get all defensive there tough guy!

Yipes runs Mags/Wesker/Akuma in tournaments, way to do your research. The beginning matches were Yipes’ and Twisted Jago’s alt teams.

My “research” is spot on. I know who Yipes plays clown.
He obviously plays some Storm or he wouldn’t put a video out there of him playing Storm. I know combos with my alt teams…do you? Anyone would that put any effort into a game. Think about it. Get back to me on that “research”.
