well truthfully there are very few good tourney vipers period. A lot of people in both the us and japan dropped her something serious or uses her as an alt more than a main. Hell even flash is trying to drop her in favor of fei long. Sanford dropped her for sagat though he is trying to play her again. Uryu in japan i think i spelled that wrong is maining sak more now too. The thing is as a character she requires a lot of commitment if you dont main her exclusively its hard to be good with her or even just decent.
Good thing like chris said generally you just rush her the fuck down and try to avoid knockdowns and stay on the ground. Easier said than done but most of her match ups are bad or even for her and flash is an exceptional player a little bit of practice still will just get u mauled by him lol. No body in the US plays viper as well as he does.

Well actually, I was gona invite everyone over this Friday night at 6pm on. I’m making food for everyone and Ed is coming over for some games. We will be playing everything people want to play.

Adam: no prob. Just keep plugging away at it. Hell, even jump online or play the computer if you can to practice against live targets. Once you get it, it’ll never leave you.
Chris if any of your cheap speakers are just 3.5mm plug and play for this monitor (don’t need a sub or anything fancy) I’ll take em off your hands next time you come over for some games. Just name a price. That way I can pack up my monitor for gatherings as well.

How has everyone been doing? Its been a hot minute. Glad to see folks are still showing lots of passion for fighting games. Esp my Favorite KOF 2002 UM. As far as viper gos Chris is right i was playing her on my off time, but nothing more than what you see from ron or anyone else playing her. Id also agree that youll have to go outside of tallahassee for a boss viper. Everyone kinda dabbled with her then fell off to other games and/or other characters.
