There is no fucking way the screen is going to do that every time. That had to be either a problem with their capture software or some embellishment on Capcom’s part. I’d forfeit every match against her.

EDIT: It’s just a video effect added by Capcom (or just a bad encoding); there’s the same video on Eurogamer’s Youtube page that doesn’t do that.

God, I love you Andy.
noel brown is a good player i do really hate his vega too not because of his spacing but because of his lack of ability to hit confirm combo’s. Which means he is probably really good because he rarely ever deals any damage with an already low damaging character and still manages to win against very high lvl competition. i wont say that im better than him but i do land combo’s way more consistently than he does and i can do the loop on most characters so ha.

It looks like a combination of May and Faust to me. Dolphin shenanigans and item harassment all day. I’m definitely playing her though.
Won the tournament in Gainesville. 12-man round robin split into two pools w/ double elim finals. Went 9-0 (lost 3 games total). One of the players, Dave, played a Bison that is on par with, if not better than, Jay’s which I took down, so was happy about that (although in casuals, I was getting creamed after I went straight into auto pilot after the 5th game because I was getting mentally tired :/) and there was solid play all around.
Adonis: you still planning to make the trek to Orlando next weekend? If not, could you post up so I can order my bus ticket? TBH, from what Jay was telling me about that Valk, there should be NO reason not to rep it out.
Yeah…the ABA and Dizzy assessment I just don’t see…I guess she has a butt attack and a bubble, but that’s about it. Honestly she just looks like a standard character with a bit of predictable random thrown in. Makoto still looks pretty solid.
Any gatherings today? I’d like to play. I think that I’ll be available.
I repped Makoto in G-ville pretty well until I got drunk as fuck. That whole ‘getting drunk to be less predictable’ thing works well with Makoto…unless you keep drinking, in which case you just start to get really bad at the game after a while. I’d be down to play if someone hosts and there’s an extra stick to use. Mine was stolen on Friday at some point, right out of my car.
