Speaking of boring, I think I’m throwing in the towel on Street Fighter. This game fuckin’ blows. There’s only one character that I like and he’s considered the absolute worst in the game by most players. In order to learn how to beat other (better) characters, I have to put in twice as much work learning 3 shitty links. Yeah, not gonna happen - definitely saying ex-nay to the mm at the tournament, not worth wasting a full month of my life for some worthless stupid shit.

Hawk is nuts like dudley in which they require you to be a better player. There has to be another character you like. Steve: Your character doesn’t suck. You’re (were) playing a freaking grappler. Its just the type of character, and its how it has to be played. As far as the amount of work you’d have to put in - the links would be the least of your concerns. He doesn’t have that many, and he isn’t built around that. You’d have to learn how to hold your ground and control the space (most importantly, not letting people encroach on your space). You’d have to learn that your life bar is a tool, and you’d have to learn how to manipulate the pace of the match based on what is happening in the match more effectively than your opponent because he’s the atypical grappler.
