james may need a slight team redesign, mag\vergil\frank is pretty cheap doesn’t need a redesign and logans team could also use a redesign. I think once I got guys with cheap ass teams and cheap ass tactics, you guys would play it very hard.
tally guys can add me on AIM if you guys use it. I ALWAYS have it open for over 90% of the week and its the easiest way to get in touch with me. We can always set something up over AIM or even talk basic umvc3 tactics.
I would love to come out to one of your sessions on the weekends, unfortunately I work weekends, that makes it tougher for me. Gonna be good to see Dan again, haven’t chilled with that dude in a while.

for out of towners, I can probably get 10-15 people from our scene to show up to casual gathering. Maybe more lol
my friends place is so big that we had 95% of the GCE players in 1 house playing comfortably so space isn’t really an issue

As for Friday casuals, I could probably do that starting in September. August is a little crazy with traveling on weekends and getting my new place together. For the mean time I’ll just have to sneak sessions in here and there.

Seeing teddie in not-glorious 360p will be very sad Somewhere down the line I might pick up a second MS238H for my computer desk. Bezel is too big for me to consider playing a game between the two monitors but for work or music composition it’s essential. Plus I could always stick my PS3 in there and be close to my computer for the strats and chats lol
You know what i just had an epiphany. Im gonna keep the team i have now as an alternate team and pick a deliciously good team for marvel, and i know i want magneto on it. Someone tell me a good godlike team with Magneto. Hows Magneto, vergil, doom or some gay shit? I want it to be full on homo.

I play Magneto/Doom/Vergil and it tight as fuck. Disruptah/Missiles/Dash move thing for the assists. Sets up this combo too:

I can’t do all that though, I just do midscreen launch j.C addf j.C [j.C adf j.BC] x2 launch+missiles j.BBCS (missiles otg) C.Hypergrav xx Tempest DHC Sphere flame. It does some awesome damage and it looks really cool! Appreciate the heads up on the TV too it’s been a while since I’ve used an SDTV at all lol.

of all the builds I’ve seen for magneto, I really like that frank one but there are a few other builds that are stronger imo. The offense is immense and if you’re god like @ going in, its a problem. Just no great zoning rewards, you lose out some of his gravitation game and it can be tricky to kill a character as well as get a level 5 frank west. Me and Ron did talk about that for a while, i’ll have to ask mike what his solution were to those problems next time I see him.
AIM is the best way to get @ me but I’m on srk often. you guys can AIM me @ shoultzula if you want to plan a trip or hit up the pkola thread. Someone will eventually tell me about it since I organize most of the pkola stuff.
Only reason i rock doom is because learning 3 new characters would be a bit much, and i already know doom. I love doom assist esp in combos its so good for extra damage. When i get off work tonight im probably gonna spend 3-5 hours getting combos for mag and Vergil down. Something tells me that im not gonna enjoy playing vergil so i might look into another char but im not super sure yet.

What I’m going to do is just kill characters, ideally I’d get a better character while they lose one but that won’t always work. If I can chip them with a B + assist I’ll still go for it, assuming they can’t reversal.
