While messing around in training mode, I did this silly/dumb ‘combo’/‘setup’-
:r:+:snka:, :d:+:snkc:–>:dp:+:snkc:–>:r:+:snkc:–>:l::db::qcf:+:snkd:–>Air Throw (:snka::snkb: in the air)–>:d:+:snkc: in the air
Input Grab super as you recover and they should get grabbed if opponent rolls/recovers.

Any better alternatives to this?

i know you can use (down B) and try to combo it more lol

I never thought of using that for a 720 set up. I usually went for a j.b 5c ac after a actually connected an air throw from spark bolt. I doubt I would ever pull it off in a tournament match for fear of either screwing it up or they end up breaking my air throw but any ghetto 720 set up deserves my attention.

ugggh, this is really gimmicky shit that will only work on low level play(since you need air throw for it to work).

you could just use whiff 2c when they are in the corner. you hit them with the 2c if they fwd tech or hit them with 720 for the rest.

a gimmick, but its far more reliable than the set up you posted.

If the opponent breaks out of the air grab he could just j.D to pull them in and as both of you land you input a 720.

dangerous move against anyone who has a long reach air attack (haku, jin, etc) as they will just knock you of the air with it. but great against people who dont!
