I offered to play you at a convenient date when we were both gonna be there (within like 2-3 days of the offer), and you said something like “Fuck that, I haven’t practiced enough”, even though I hadn’t touched the game in a while. I’m pretty sure it was on IRC, and nooble was there too. After that, neither of us bothered. I’m not sure how that qualifies as me “bailing”. Either way, this is exactly why I don’t like making bets with friends.

I’m pretty sure I made it clear that it was in both our best interest to run it at T8 when we’d have time to shake any rust. I asked if you were coming and you weren’t sure and then didn’t show the whole weekend. I’d still run that bet, I don’t know if you’d want to if you’re not playing at all and I play relatively consistently on GGPO.

Anyone know how long it takes to get to the club from Union Station by walking? I’m guessing it’s an hour or so walk unless Map quest has failed me and the two places aren’t even close.
