well, ive been too busy to post so i guess ill post now. great tourney guys. thanks for being so accomodating to us (well done, nagata lock, sad to hear you go, but i dont blame you, and mad props to coveguy) and sup to all the chill canadians i always see every year, (croyd, jsmaster, jonstar antoine, thx for the bud), roger, coo seeing you again and thx for the bud too, hopefully you guys can make it to M4. psychochronic, thanks for the smokes man too 
and mtl, good seeing our rivals again as always, hope that i can see you guys all again sometime.
orbit is one of the best arcades i have ever been to. the mall is top tier, and the fobs there are hot as fuck…owns NYC chinatown free in terms of gaming and women.
regarding my tournament performance, i knew i wasnt going to do so hot on japan sticks. i basically kept getting raped all weekend. it’s all good though. hopefully next time there can be some kind of setup to accomodate players that can only play on american sticks. cause that shit was frustrating missing basic combos all weekend.
also, one final note…i give toronto mad props on their 3s game. moreso than any other game by far. while i went 2 and out cause of sticks (missed like 7 short short supers, haha) i also realized after watching your random fobs play all day, i realized that if i was on american sticks, i’d still lose pretty horribly in 3s. sounds like you guys werent all hype after all when you made the 3s trailer years ago claiming that toronto was on the level of japan. i haven’t heard/seen of that much comp in this whole continent for 3s other than FFA. you should send players other than croyd/antoine down to the states every year for 3s. cause while they are good players no doubt, they are not truly representative of your whole 3s scene up there as a whole. i had no idea random locals would be that good. seeing your scene almost makes me want to pick up 3s again from where i left off 2 yrs ago (at the time of NEC3)
that being said, i’d love to see to take on ricky/justin again without there being some sort of handicap for the other player. after all, ricky and justin did beat you guys up in the 3s team tourney (granted your best werent there that day) and in the 5on5 (though i dont think you guys took it seriously at that point since it was all late with croyd picking pink sean, wtf hahaha.) even though chun is a relativetly easy character to play motion wise, i watched ricky and justin play all weekend and i saw them have some basic execution problems they shouldnt be having, like not being able to tech throws etc. when i played on those cabs i had those problems too. anyway, not trying to take anything away from you guys. The results are what they are, no denying it. and sanything can happen in a tournament, we all know this. Come to the USA sometime! :tup:

On another note though. I’ve gotten 5 pm’s so far about those joinging the Empire from Canada. I will not make post publically who joined as I want that to be a big surprise for you guys. However I am going to address an issue for the general public who may have an understanding of the Empire one way and not realize certain things.
You do not have to be a great gamer to join the Empire. The Empire seeks, gamers who do what they do for the love and wish to be apart of their community in something more than just competiting. There were members of the Empire at your tournament that did not play anything, but they took pictures, and did interviews. These same people come back to the Empire State and help create articles and so forth to spread the culture. That is what the Empire is seeking in members. Its a plus if you know how to play the game in the community you are in, but its not a requirement.

It’s a bit late, but thanks a lot to Justin (Nagata), Marc, all the tourney directors, and everyone else who played a role (no matter how minor) in making T6 as great as it was. I hope everyone has the same enthusiasm when T7 rolls around.
